Preheat oven to 350 F

10 x 15 baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with oil

1 sleeve saltine crackers
2 sticks (1/2 pound butter)
1 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup brown sugar

Line oiled pan with crackers in a single layer
Heat butter and sugar in a saucepan until foamy
Pour over crackers and bake for 10 minutes
Remove for oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, bake for 2 minutes
Remove from oven and smear chips all over the top
Sprinkle nuts on top and pat in place
Refrigerate until firm, then remove from foil and break into pieces
