Dinner was quick because we were invited next door to a birthday party with cake! It was a delicious carrot cake, decorated with finely sliced carrot, walnuts and broccoli flowers from the garden.
We had scrambled eggs with bacon and toast for breakfast. We ate lunch at home for a change , so I had tomato soup and Tim had pork and mashed potatoes. Dinner was leftover chicken not pot pie and sloppy joes. And that’s it.
