Light dinner after a day trip, meals 85 – 87

We spent the afternoon on Erith Island, which is our constant vista from the caretaker’s house. It gave us a nice perspective.

I forgot to mention in the last post, I made a batch if granola, and we took some ashore for a snack.

Breakfast: oatmeal and toast for me; Tim had his usual. He defrosted a batch of OJ he squoze and froze during our first weeks.

Lunch on Erith. I had pizza, granola and an apple. Tim had chicken and granola.

Dinner back on Deal Island: sausages with tomatoes, onions, and garlic with pasta and cheese. Tim had apple rhubarb pie for dessert. I had a mug of hot cocoa.
