After all my hard work yesterday, I got to take it easy today.
Breakfast: the usual with a kiwi left by a group of walkers, who were on Erith Island and Deal Island for several days, fresh toast and apple juice, saved from yesterday’s applesauce.
Lunch: fresh TOMATO soup for me, leftover gazpacho for Tim with grilled cheese and bacon. A square if dark chocolate. Chips.
Dinner: grilled chicken thighs with garam masala and yogurt rub, steamed silverbeet with feta cheese and leftover brown rice salad. Toffee for dessert.
