Friday, meals 30, 31 and 32

Another easy day. I worked in the gardens for a couple of hours. I cleaned up the herb patch and cut thyme and sage to dry and I planted basil.

I spread fertilizer around the garden with a watering can, harvested more tomatoes, I see sauce and soup in my future, cucumbers, silverbeet and beets.

Breakfast was the usual yogurt with mango. Hats iff to my orange juicer, Tim. He’s been hand squeezing kilos of oranges. At home I use a press juicer but this is even easier since I don’t have to do anything.

Lunch was leftovers. I finished the chile and Tim cleaned up the ravioli.

Oh yes, I made a batch of currant scones in the morning.

Dinner was pork chops, marinated in OJ, soy sauce and mustard; silverbeet sauteed with spring onions and soy sauce, leftover mashed potatoes, applesauce and cucumber onion salad.

I’m sated.
