We made good use of the red peppers and celery. Celery was a nice addition to chicken salad and I stuffed the red peppers. Unfortunately, we ate them as soon as they came out of the oven so here’s the before picture.
I was in a cooking frenzy. I made a loaf of soy linseed bread (in the machine) a batch of chocolate chip cookies, english muffins and crackers. Then I simmered onion skins I have been keeping for three months to dye the wool I just finished spinning.
