193-195, Bright red beet soup

In my further attempts to clean out the refrigerator in preparation for the new crop, I made a carrot cake and beet soup. We’re slowly turning orange but maybe it’s just the sun.

193) english muffin and yogurt, coffee (I probably could leave listing breakfast out because it doesn’t change much year to year); 194) beet soup with a dollop of sour cream, toasted bagel; 195) shake and bake curried chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots, turnips and zucchini; arugula (rocket), tomato and pea salad, carrot cake with sour cream icing.
