187-189, working lunch

I planned a midday work project so didn’t really get to eat lunch and made a simple, fast dinner. We had our first, nearly ripe, ears of corn from the garden and have a lot more on the plants. I put a batch of yogurt up before I left for work and it probably wasn’t warm enough so it was still liquid by evening. I heated it gently, left it overnight and it looks like a good batch this morning.


187) toast and yogurt with coffee; 188) Tim had chicken parmesan, I ate a bowl of leftover couscous with milk when I got home; 189) pasta with sort of pesto, no blender, olive oil, basil, parmesan cheese and walnuts, chocolate mousse.
