116-118, back to the kitchen for me with chocolate mousse for dessert

116) french toast with the horrible gluten free bread (it didn’t help it), bacon, coffee and OJ; 117) PB&J for me on gluten free toast, yuch, and a hamburger on a bagel for Tim; 118) shake and bake chicken, with home made shake, brown rice, chopped salad, broccoli and chocolate mousse for dessert.

Chocolate mousse has to be the easiest recipe to make and one of the most delicious and rich desserts. I found a recipe on allrecipes.com and will try to link to it. It gets 5 stars from me and Tim was licking his dish (not exactly a good barometer because he does that a lot, it’s a family thing).
