We ate breakfast and lunch at home but went out for dinner. We were invited aboard the Royal Australian Naval Vessel, Young Endeavor and stayed for dinner. Earlier in the day I baked a loaf of gluten free bread. What a disaster. I knew something was up when I didn’t have to add yeast. There are so many other things in it, I don’t think you can call it bread. Anyway, I only get to add two meals for the day because we didn’t provision the last. The Captain asked us how our fruit supply was and when he learned it was gone, he offered us bananas!! I also made another batch of cinnamon rolls during the day.
