I really didn’t do much cooking today. Thanks to leftovers and the fact that the wind finally fell below 30 knots, we can grill meat outside. We are trying to get the 2 composting bins to function, not smell. Today i mowed with the “Deutscher” and added grass clippings to both bins. I propped up the corn once again. Seedlings I planted are starting to poke through. Now I just have to remember what they are.
57); yogurt pancakes with oj (and a sliced finger of Tim’s); 58) soup and bread for me, calzone for Tim; 59) grilled lamb chops with mint, peas and mint, glazed carrots and curried couscous. Dessert was an assortment of chocolates from the sailors on the boat we spotted yesterday. (We’ve tucked away the bottle of wine they brought for another day).
