Our basic food preparation is on cruise control. Beer is bottled and should be ready in early January. Made a fresh batch of yogurt and I am happy baking bread, bagels and english muffins by hand and using the bread machine for mixes. We have tons of fresh lettuce and I’m not sure if we will eat it all in time. Lots of jam too but I’ve got some baking products in mind. I think I’ll make cinnamon buns for Christmas morning. I better keep walking the hills.
